Recruiting with emphasis on sourcing Federal Investigators, Armed Security Guards and other Security and Investigative related disciplines. Must be self-starter with a desire to deliver exceptional customer care. Develop external sourcing strategy and pipelines. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, Social Networking, strong in person networking abilities and past performance demonstrating. Manage candidate selection process and debrief sessions. Manage development of salary recommendations and lead offer process/negotiations with external candidates. Drive an exemplary candidate experience. Prefer local candidates to be onsite in Chantilly. Prior Military encouraged to apply. This is not a technical recruiting role. Ability to obtain a security clearance a plus.
